We are Registered Social Workers, Psychotherapists, and Counsellors passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges. Together, we bring a wide range of expertise in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family conflict, and relationship issues.
Our therapists speak multiple languages, including English, Nepali, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi, making our services culturally sensitive and accessible.
